I took this picture in Brighton, it was on the side of a shop. When I saw it I thought about how long the artist would have taken to create the picture and thought it looked really detailed.
I edited the picture to make it look like the rain had ruined it after the artist had spent so much time on their creation, so all the effort was for nothing. To give it this effect I use the 'Wet Paint' tool in the 'Distort' section, I changed the 'Wetness' so it looked like the black paint was dripping.
